In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "245win" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at 245win.app, including all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and support channels.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on 245win, or who accesses the Platform whether or not a registered account exists.
• "Account" means the unique registered user profile created by a Player on 245win, associated with a verified Pakistani mobile number or email address and a valid CNIC.
• "Funds" means any balance held in a Player's 245win account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount of PKR staked by a Player on a casino game outcome or sporting event through the 245win Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback offer or other incentive granted by 245win to a Player's account under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including CNIC identity verification, required before real-money activity is permitted.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available on 245win, including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.

By accessing, browsing or using the 245win Platform in any capacity — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge and confirm the following:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 245win, a Player must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during active use of the Platform.
• Be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts and other non-human legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• Hold a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and be able to provide it for KYC verification purposes.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited and where accessing such services constitutes a criminal offence under local law.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of 245win or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• Not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period on 245win or any other gaming platform affiliated with 245win.

245win reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of bonus balances pending verification.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on 245win. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your CNIC
• Valid Pakistani mobile number (03XX format) or email address
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older)
• Chosen account password meeting 245win's minimum security requirements

Before any real-money deposits or withdrawals may be processed, Players must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of their CNIC. Additional documentation — such as proof of payment method ownership — may be requested at 245win's discretion, including but not limited to screenshots of JazzCash or EasyPaisa transaction records.

All financial transactions on 245win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited. 245win does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, Players are responsible for any fees levied by their payment provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by the 245win finance team within 24 hours under normal conditions. Processing time to your payment account may vary depending on the chosen method. Before any withdrawal is approved, KYC verification must be complete and the Player must not be subject to any active fraud investigation or account review.

Bonus Funds: Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly; only net winnings generated from the eligible wagering of bonus funds are withdrawable, subject to the terms of the specific bonus offer.

• 245win reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above PKR 50,000.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.
• 245win is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL or UBL.
• Fraudulent, reversed or chargeback transactions will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of all associated funds.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which take precedence over these general terms where there is any conflict.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by 245win:

• Bonuses are offered at 245win's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice) in real time.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, 245win's systems will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Bets placed before disconnection stand and will be resolved according to the game outcome.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on 245win. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register using false identity documents.
• Using a CNIC, mobile number or payment method belonging to another person without their explicit, lawful consent.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Using 245win for the purpose of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors to generate artificial profits.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform in place of genuine manual gameplay.
• Engaging in collusive play with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus terms.
• Placing bets with knowledge of fixed or manipulated match outcomes, or in possession of material non-public information about a sporting event.
• Attempting to circumvent 245win's KYC, AML or responsible gaming procedures.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 245win support staff or other Platform users.

245win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity theft.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct listed in Section 9 above.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the 245win Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Where required by law, regulation or the terms of 245win's international gaming licence.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 10 business days, unless the closure is a result of fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms, in which case funds may be withheld pending investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 245win and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss of funds resulting from actions taken under Section 9 (Prohibited Conduct) or Section 10 (Account Suspension).
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL or USDT network congestion.
• Technical failures, system errors or software malfunctions beyond 245win's reasonable control.
• Gambling losses resulting from lawful wagers placed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 245win's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
